Title: Work Transformation – Chemical / Process Engineer
Location: Spring, TX
Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant).
- Ability to lead and manage work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
- Proven track record in maintenance, integrity, reliability or project engineering.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Skills & Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong business acumen
- Experience with SharePoint
