Title: Scrum Master
Location: Mendon, UT
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, Scrum Master Certification (CSM) preferred.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5-10 Years of related experience working with product/ device development teams
- Experience working with scrum teams with electrical, mechanical, embedded and software engineers
- Experience working in fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Ability to manage multiple scrum teams and guide them on agile best practices
- Proficiency in scrum tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic project management knowledge and experience.
- Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM) is often preferred
